It seems just as things were starting to pick up with my cosplays; I was nearing completion of a few, starting others up, really banging out shoots and editorials... then my personal life said "Hey, you're not paying enough attention to me!"
Trying to keep a long story short... I had started to remodel my 3 bathrooms and kitchen in my condo before I left on vacation. After my vacation, some horrible things happened during some demolition that have now left me at a stand still because almost my entire condo is packing into my sewing and craft room. The remodeling is still going on, but it's going to take longer than I thought. Because of this progress with my cosplays is pretty much at a halt. I am going to try moving some things around this weekend in hopes of getting a little space to work. But this means that any cosplays or summer conventions I had planned on might not happen now. This KILLS me. Working on cosplay might be stressful at times but it's the one things I know I can go to to also help me DE-stress, if that makes any sense in this crazy world, lol! Plus the satisfaction I get when I complete parts and the entire cosplay put me in such a good mood. Now I have the stress from this remodeling and the nightmare of everything I'm dealing with and no way to work on cosplay.
So with all that said, I'm HOPING to have everything back on track at the end of the summer. I can't thank you all enough, those who have kept with me for this long, that you all continue to show me support and follow my work. Life can be crazy some times, which keeps me from doing what I love, but I always find a way to keep going, mainly because of you guys. <3
I'm still trying to keep my social media pages updated, so if you haven't yet please give me a like and follow on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Vampire Freaks. OH! I've also started to maintain my American Cosplay Paradise account again too. You probably won't see a ton of 'new' stuff, but there were some video blogs and shoots that happened before this disaster that I still need to edit and get posted, so at least I have that!
